Tom Hensler, President of Inflective, Inc., had a successful 20-year career with PricewaterhouseCoopers Consulting before founding Inflective in 2003.
At PwCC, Tom was a results-oriented leader known for creating, leading and empowering high performing teams and organizations. He demonstrated a track record of delivering business-critical, enterprise, change-oriented, integrated solutions involving restructuring and advanced technologies such as ERP. He was admitted to the Price Waterhouse partnership in 1994.
While at PwCC, Tom was a Global Practice Partner for SAP Markets initiatives. At that time, PwCC had the largest SAP/ERP consulting practice in the world. Tom was selected to formulate and execute a strategy to enhance the market presence for SAPMarkets, SAPPortals and Commerce One initiatives. Despite the fact that it was a period of market decline, revenue targets were achieved.
Tom was also President and COO of Dacom Systems Technologies, a Korean consulting and outsourcing joint venture with PricewaterhouseCoopers. He managed all aspects of their business, including strategic planning, business development, marketing, operations, finance, HR and QA. During Tom's tenure, Dacom turned around a $1.74M pre-tax loss to profitability, recording $3.3M pre-tax earnings during year one and $5.7M pre-tax earnings for year two. Revenue increased 30% over those two years. Tom was known for creating a team-oriented, transparent management, and for revamping service lines to better align with their go-to-market strategy, which focused on emerging technologies.
For Lucent Technologies, Tom was a client Service and Program Delivery Partner. This initiative formulated and executed a global client service strategy and delivery of a major ERP implementation.
